Submission of a Participant's letters of affidavit

Warm greetings from the Oxfam Trailwalker Secretariat!

To ensure a safe and fulfilling experience for everyone participating in the 2024 Oxfam Trailwalker,  
we kindly request that each team completes the Oxfam Trailwalker Participant’s Letter of Affidavit, as provided below.

[How to Complete it]
1. After logging into your team page, download and print the attached file available in the notice section at the top of the page
2. Fill in your team number, name, mobile number, and affix your signature by hand
3. Submit it during the on-site registration on May 24th.
* Please note that failure to submit the affidavit will regrettably render teams unable to partake in the event.
